SkyLabs attended SLO-chip 2023, first Slovenian conference on chips and semiconductors

We are very proud to be part of the Slovenian initiative SLO-Chip, which presents tremendous investments into niche semiconductor in Slovenia.

The first Slovenian conference on chips and semiconductors SLO-chip 2023, organized by the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and the professional association MIDEM, gave participants an insight into research and achievements in the field of chips and semiconductors, focusing on current challenges and sharing new experiences and technologies.

Bojan Kotnik from SkyLabs d.o.o. gave a presentation on the Challenges of Designing Microelectronics for Space Applications. Among invited were researchers, engineers, scientists from University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Maribor, industrial experts in the field of chips and semiconductors in Slovenia and abroad and representatives from Ministry of Economic Development and Technology / Ministrstvo za gospodarski razvoj in tehnologijo.

At the exhibition, which took place at the same time as the conference, the SkyLabs team presented the achievements to date and future projects in the field of processors and circuits.
