MECHANICAL / MECHATRONICS DESIGN ENGINEER (M/F)

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Developing mechanical components and mechatronic assemblies in accordance with the provided specifications
• Cooperation with other departments and teams within the company
• Designing jigs for product assembly and mechanical testing
• Performing mechanical and thermal finite element method (FEM) simulations
• Writing production documentation and creating technical drawings for manufacturing
• Preparing metrology procedures and programs for automated mechanical measurements
• Writing technical reports on analysis and testing results
• Preparing product assembly procedures

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of R&D experience in mechanical engineering
• Broad familiarity with mechanical principles and engineering design
• Knowledge and experience applying design for manufacturability (DFM) principles
• Proficiency in CAD modelling software
• Experience in FEM analysis
• Experience in creating production documentation and technical drawings for manufacturing
• Experience in mechanical part metrology and measurement techniques
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work performance and acknowledgment of personal accountability
• Advanced use of the English language (reading, writing and speaking)
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

Beneficial knowledge and experience:

• Familiarity with ECSS and IPC standards
• Knowledge of thermal design solutions and conducting thermal analysis
• Experience in SolidWorks modelling, drawings and simulation
• Strong communication skills and self-initiative
