ANALOG/MIXED-SIGNAL IC DESIGN ENGINEER (M/F)

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Undertake activities related to different steps in the analog and mixed signal ASIC design flow
• Definition of ASIC architecture with basic building blocks
• Development of analog IPs
• Floor planning and area estimations of mixed-signal designs
• Performing simulations of analog and mixed-signal building blocks
• Working with the verification and quality assurance department
• Cooperating with other departments/teams within the company
• Performing tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC development in advanced CMOS processes.
• Familiarity with ADC and DAC data converter design and building block circuits such as bandgap reference, op-amp, comparators, oscillators, etc.
• Strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level circuit design.
• Proficient in CAD and simulation tools for integrated circuit design (Cadence).
• Basic knowledge and understanding of RTL coding.

Beneficial knowledge and experience:

• Completed higher technical qualification.
• Familiarity with at least one VLSI design tools (preferably Cadence EDA)
• Reliability, communicativeness and self-initiative
• High level of proactivity and detailed and precise working style.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
