General terms and conditions

All subscription services provided by SkyLabs are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the subscriber agreement. By subscribing, users agree to a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service according to the terms specified. Users must use the services only as permitted and may not redistribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the software or platform. SkyLabs retains full ownership and intellectual property rights of all software, documentation, and related materials. 

Subscription fees are billed upfront for the agreed minimum subscription period (typically 3 months) and will automatically renew unless canceled in writing prior to the renewal date. Users are responsible for ensuring timely cancellation to prevent unwanted charges. All fees are non-refundable, and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service. 

Subscribers must provide accurate contact and billing information and promptly notify SkyLabs of any changes. SkyLabs disclaims any liability arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or failures caused by factors beyond its control. Use of the subscription services is at the subscriber’s own risk. 

By maintaining an active subscription, users agree to comply with usage limits, security guidelines, and acceptable use policies defined by SkyLabs. Breach of these terms, including unauthorized access or misuse, may result in immediate termination of access without refund. 

These terms may be updated by SkyLabs with prior notice, and continued subscription after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Subscribers acknowledge that SkyLabs may collect and process necessary data in accordance with its privacy policy to provide and improve services.
