QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (M/F)
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Independent leading and managing projects in the area of quality system improvement
- Training co-workers in the field of quality assurance
- Collaborating on resolving and analyzing product and process non-conformities, addressing complaints, and implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Participating in product development - creating and updating control documentation
- Communicating with relevant certification institutions and customers
- Participating in and conducting internal and external audits
- Collaborating with other departments within the company
- Performing other tasks and duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:

Higher education in natural sciences/technical field

Good knowledge of the English language

At least 3 years of prior work experience in a similar position

Technical orientation

Goal-oriented, decisive, independent, capable of setting priorities and taking responsibility

Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills

Customer-oriented, enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with other departments

Effectively Managing Stress

Driver's license (B category)

Prepared to travel to clients and suppliers domestically and abroad for resolving nonconformities

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
Beneficial knowledge and experience:
-
Knowledge of Italian language
- Candidates with incoming inspection/quality control experience according to IPC-A-610 certification have an advantage
- Candidates with experiences of working in manufacturing and internationally oriented companies have an advantage
- Knowledge of key materials for the production of electronic and mechanical components is an advantage
