Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining In-Depth Knowledge About the Product Line:
- Continuously learning about the products, including new features, updates, and best practices.
- Staying informed about the product's roadmap and future developments.
- Understanding how the product integrates with other systems or tools.
- Keeping the Product Documentation Up to Date:
- Regularly reviewing and updating products’ documentation to reflect the latest product information.
- Ensuring that documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to customers.
- Guiding Customers with First Steps:
- Assisting new customers in getting started with the product, including setup and initial configuration.
- Providing on-boarding sessions or tutorials to help customers understand the product’s key features and benefits.
- Advising Customers Regarding the Integration:
- Offering guidance on how to integrate the product with other systems or tools that the customer uses.
- Understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions to ensure smooth integration.
- Debugging Product and System Issues:
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues that customers encounter with the product.
- Working with engineering or development teams to resolve bugs or technical problems.
- Providing clear and concise communication to customers during the debugging process.
- Remote and On-Site Customer Support:
- Offering support to customers via phone, email, or video calls to resolve their issues.
- Traveling to customer locations when necessary to provide hands-on support or training.
- Building strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional and responsive service
Requirements:

Higher education in technical field

Good knowledge of the English and Slovene language
- Reliability, communicativeness and self-initiative

Driver's license (B category)

Prepared to travel to clients and suppliers domestically and abroad
